Kim was taking calls/texts/emails long before we even made an offer on the house we're in now. She has been super helpful! We were living out of state at the time and she was quick to make herself available. When we did end up making the offer, we had a counter offer within minute, and it was late, on a Friday. Kim works hard and she certainly advocated for us. Thanks Kim! I will say that it did not go as planned (in my mind), BUT Kim stuck with us and in the end we closed the deal!!! Thank YOU Kim!!

Kim Reeder is a real estate dynamo! It was time for Mom to sell her home and transition to assisted living. We first listed our home with Kim and I was worried we would struggling selling it! Kim helped to ease my mind and my fears of not being able to sell our old house to move into our dream home.
